Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor agile teams to enhance product development cycles and delivery speed in JP Morgan Chase's financial products
• Champion the adoption of agile practices across departments, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide agility goals
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define product roadmaps that drive innovation in areas like digital banking and risk management
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to optimize team performance
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with agile transformations in a regulated financial environment
• Measure and report on key agility metrics, such as velocity and customer satisfaction, to propel productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in agile methodologies, product management, or project leadership within financial services
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments at a major financial institution
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in banking and financial products
• Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban in a scaled enterprise setting
