Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify product needs and pain points in JPMorgan Chase's financial offerings
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to recommend enhancements to banking products and services
• Support product development by creating detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications for digital banking solutions
• Conduct competitive analysis within the financial services industry to ensure JPMorgan Chase's products remain innovative and compliant
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as user adoption and transaction volumes, and propose data-driven optimizations
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, and compliance teams to align on product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, financial services, or related analytical roles
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
