Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth product analytics to identify efficiency opportunities and optimize data workflows for JP Morgan Chase's software solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance visibility into product performance and user behavior
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives
• Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure the impact of product features on customer engagement and financial outcomes
• Analyze market trends and regulatory data to inform product roadmaps in the financial services domain
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on risk mitigation and revenue optimization through innovative analytics
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with JP Morgan Chase's data governance standards
• Integrate advanced analytics into product delivery processes to drive innovation in banking solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or insights roles within financial services or technology sectors
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical modeling
• Knowledge of financial products, risk management, or regulatory compliance in banking
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, or a quantitative field
• Experience in agile product development environments at a large financial institution
