Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics to identify efficiency opportunities and optimize data workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools to enhance visibility into product portfolios
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align data insights with strategic goals for innovative software solutions
• Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to provide insights that drive revenue growth and risk mitigation in financial services
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of product features on user engagement and business outcomes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into the product development lifecycle
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making in a fast-paced banking environment
• Stay abreast of industry trends in financial analytics and incorporate emerging technologies into daily practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or insights roles within financial services or technology sectors
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, or a quantitative field
• Experience working with agile product teams in fintech or investment banking environments
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
• Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's technology stack or similar enterprise systems
