Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps for wealth management solutions
• Conduct market research and gather client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing wealth growth tools
• Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver innovative financial products
• Analyze user data and performance metrics to iterate on product features and improve client engagement
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure products align with JP Morgan's risk management and regulatory standards
• Lead user testing and A/B experiments to validate product enhancements in the wealth management space
• Contribute to strategic planning for global product launches, focusing on scalability and client empowerment
• Monitor competitive landscape in fintech and wealth services to inform product strategy
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the Bengaluru team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and client needs in the financial industry
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and user data to drive product decisions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Bengaluru, India

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience with digital banking platforms or wealth advisory tools at a major financial institution
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as SEBI or global standards
• Prior internship or role at JP Morgan Chase or similar global bank
