Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and refine card lending product strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in consumer credit products
  • Support solution discovery by gathering requirements from business, tech, and compliance teams
  • Assist in product planning, including roadmap development and prioritization of features
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to drive enhancements in card lending offerings
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve user adoption and revenue
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance efforts for card products, ensuring adherence to U.S. banking laws
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable specifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, financial services, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of credit card lending products and consumer finance regulations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for product insights
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Prior experience in card lending or consumer banking at a major financial institution
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and processes
