Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize global payroll products for JP Morgan Chase's international operations
• Analyze current payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and drive innovative solutions that enhance employee and manager experiences
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with HR Global Operations goals
• Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies and regulatory changes impacting international payroll
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features that support seamless global transactions
• Partner with technology teams to integrate payroll systems with JP Morgan's core banking platforms
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to reduce processing times and errors
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including training sessions for HR teams on new payroll features
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal JP Morgan policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, operations, or financial services, with exposure to payroll or HR systems
• Strong understanding of global payroll processes and international payment regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably in banking or financial services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
