Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly profit and loss (P&L) reporting and analysis for assigned product lines
• Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with front-office trading teams to understand product performance and risks
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and optimize product profitability
• Support regulatory reporting and audit processes for JP Morgan Chase's financial products
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with trading activities
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in product control
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Monitor market data and external factors impacting product valuations
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's global financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, product control, or a similar role within the financial services industry
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Strong understanding of financial products including derivatives, fixed income, and equities
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards like IFRS and GAAP
• Experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
