Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of card pricing products by identifying and overcoming operational challenges
  • Manage dependencies between cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and compliance groups
  • Participate in change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of pricing updates
  • Collaborate with pricing analysts to develop and test new pricing models for credit cards
  • Monitor product delivery timelines and escalate risks to senior leadership as needed
  • Conduct impact assessments for pricing changes on customer segments and portfolio performance
  • Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives for card product initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards in all deliveries
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine product delivery processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in the documentation and training for new pricing features rolled out to the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of card pricing mechanisms, including interest rates, fees, and risk-based pricing models
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence for tracking product delivery
  • Experience with change management processes in a regulated financial environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle dependencies and resolve cross-functional challenges
