Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end product delivery activities for key initiatives in JP Morgan Chase's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead change management processes to drive adoption of new products and technologies across global teams
• Ensure all delivery activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Maintain and optimize product timelines, mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks to meet deadlines
• Mentor and develop a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, technology leads, and senior executives to define delivery roadmaps
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve delivery efficiency
• Oversee budget management for product delivery projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness in a competitive banking environment
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, incorporating best practices from the financial industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale product delivery initiatives in banking or capital markets
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, MiFID II, and Basel III
• Experience in agile methodologies and change management in a fast-paced financial environment
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members
• Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Background in delivering digital transformation projects for investment banking products
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and fintech innovations in financial services
