Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for asset management operations, ensuring seamless integration of new products and services
• Manage change activities across teams, including impact assessments, stakeholder communications, and implementation planning
• Ensure all product initiatives comply with regulatory requirements from bodies like the SEC and FINRA, mitigating compliance risks
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet business objectives and client expectations
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, automating workflows, and reducing costs in asset management operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, and front-office stakeholders, to align on product roadmaps
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product delivery, providing insights to senior leadership
• Facilitate risk management and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-paced financial environment
• Support the development of scalable solutions for global asset management portfolios at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product delivery, operations, or project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex financial products while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of asset management operations, including portfolio management, trade processing, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with change management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall in a regulated financial environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks in high-stakes projects at a global financial institution
• Knowledge of key financial regulations such as SEC, MiFID II, and Dodd-Frank as they apply to asset management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM/PMI-ACP)
• Prior experience at a major investment bank or asset management firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal systems and tools for product delivery and operations
