Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of product roadmaps for claims and disputes platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations to define and prioritize features
  • Manage agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to drive timely product releases
  • Identify and mitigate risks in product delivery, particularly those related to financial disputes and customer experience
  • Conduct stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as dispute resolution time and error rates, and recommend improvements
  • Drive innovation in claims processing by integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data privacy standards
  • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to support team adoption of new product features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or agile methodologies within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end product delivery for complex systems, particularly in claims processing or dispute resolution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Reg E, Reg Z, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards in banking
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
  • Proficiency in agile tools and frameworks, with at least 3 years in a scrum master or product owner role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar banking platforms like core banking or fraud detection tools
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
