Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for financial products, ensuring seamless integration across JP Morgan Chase's global platforms
  • Manage change management activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder communications in compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Oversee regulatory compliance for all product initiatives, collaborating with legal and risk teams to mitigate potential exposures
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed parameters
  • Drive efficiency improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations in the product portfolio
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technology, operations, and business units to align on delivery goals
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on product delivery status and metrics
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in product delivery practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product delivery or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance for financial products in a banking environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall methodologies
  • Strong understanding of change management processes in a highly regulated sector like banking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and budgets for complex product initiatives
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or PRINCE2

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
