Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery process for financial products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data analytics teams to develop and refine product roadmaps using agile methodologies
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements in the financial services domain
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant products on time and within budget
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards, including those from SEC, FINRA, and other financial authorities
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into JP Morgan's product offerings
• Communicate product strategies and progress to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in product management within a fast-paced banking environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, development, or delivery within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver customer-centric products
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics tools
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management in banking or fintech sectors
• Strong understanding of customer needs analysis and market research in financial products

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
