Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, delivery, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex financial products or services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or SEC regulations
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence for product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in high-stakes financial environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant certification like PMP or Agile Scrum Master
