Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for financial products, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
• Manage change management activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder communications for new product rollouts
• Ensure all product initiatives comply with federal and state regulatory standards, collaborating with compliance teams
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to deliver products on schedule and within budget
• Drive efficiency improvements by identifying bottlenecks in delivery pipelines and implementing process optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, risk, and legal, to mitigate delivery risks
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements based on market and regulatory feedback
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement in product development
• Prepare and present delivery reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and achievements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, delivery, or project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex financial products or services
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or SEC regulations
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence for product delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in high-stakes financial environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant certification like PMP or Agile Scrum Master
• Experience working at a major financial institution, preferably with exposure to investment banking or asset management
• Knowledge of JP Morgan Chase's internal systems and processes, such as risk management frameworks
• Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives within fintech or banking sectors
