Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery for payments initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan Chase's global platforms
• Manage change activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder communications to minimize disruptions
• Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan policies
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to drive efficiency
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experience in payments products
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Support the development of product roadmaps aligned with JP Morgan's strategic goals in financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading payments product delivery and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in payments and financial services, including compliance with OCC, FDIC, and international standards
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and change management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
• Experience in real-time payments systems such as RTP, FedNow, or SWIFT
• Prior work at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
