Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading payments product delivery and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in payments and financial services, including compliance with OCC, FDIC, and international standards
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience in real-time payments systems such as RTP, FedNow, or SWIFT
