Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for consumer banking deposits initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to launch
• Manage change management activities, including stakeholder alignment and impact assessments for new deposit products
• Ensure all product deliveries comply with regulatory standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy regulations
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and enhance product efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend enhancements to deposit offerings
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of innovation within the product portfolio team
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to align product delivery with customer needs in consumer banking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver consumer banking products, particularly in deposits or payments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDIC, OCC, and consumer protection laws in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
• Prior experience at a large financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of digital banking platforms and fintech innovations in deposits
• Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
• Experience with data analytics tools for product performance tracking
