Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for JP Morgan Chase's portfolio of financial products, ensuring seamless integration across business lines
  • Manage organizational change initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes in compliance with firm-wide standards
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
  • Ensure all delivery activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices to accelerate delivery in a dynamic financial services environment
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future delivery strategies
  • Drive the implementation of efficiency-enhancing tools and methodologies, such as automation and AI-driven analytics
  • Represent the Product Portfolio & Delivery team in executive forums, providing insights on delivery status and strategic impacts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or agile methodologies within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex financial products or technology initiatives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in banking, including GDPR, FCA regulations, and Basel III
  • Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and timelines for enterprise-level projects
  • Certification in PMP, Agile (Scrum Master or SAFe), or equivalent project management credentials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of capital markets, payments, or wealth management products
