Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or agile methodologies within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex products on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in banking and financial services, including knowledge of Dodd-Frank, GDPR, and SEC regulations
  • Experience in talent acquisition processes and integrating HR technology solutions in a large-scale financial institution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change management initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in PMP, Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master), or Six Sigma
