Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to test and deploy high-impact products in Consumer and Community Banking Operations
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to drive quality improvements and innovation in banking services
• Conduct comprehensive testing of automated systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with financial regulations
• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance product delivery efficiency across banking platforms
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to proactively address issues in real-time banking environments
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies, such as AI-driven testing, into existing workflows
• Ensure all automated products adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security standards
• Mentor junior associates on best practices for automation and testing in financial services
• Contribute to the development of innovation roadmaps for community banking operations
• Document and report on automation outcomes to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, automation, or software testing within financial services
• Proven track record in developing and implementing automation frameworks for high-impact banking products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a banking operations environment
• Experience with quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in consumer banking
