Reporting to the Vice President level, you will lead design efforts to create seamless, intuitive platforms that empower clients to manage their portfolios, access advisory services, and engage with personalized financial insights. This position is based in our state-of-the-art New York office, where you'll collaborate with elite teams across product, engineering, and business to deliver world-class solutions at the world's premier global financial institution. Your responsibilities will span the full design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping and iteration, with a focus on enhancing client trust and satisfaction in a highly regulated environment. You will conduct in-depth studies on client behaviors in private banking contexts, such as investment tracking and estate planning, to inform designs that prioritize security, personalization, and ease of use. By leveraging JP Morgan's vast data resources, you'll create experiences that anticipate client needs, driving loyalty and operational efficiency.
