Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Fusion Data Management Platform, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial data innovation
• Lead and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver platform enhancements
• Monitor global market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product differentiation in financial services
• Collaborate with stakeholders across JP Morgan's lines of business, including investment banking and asset management, to gather requirements and ensure platform adoption
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, while adhering to regulatory standards
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions with internal clients to refine data fusion capabilities for real-time financial insights
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure scalable, secure data management solutions
• Measure product success through KPIs such as user adoption, data accuracy, and ROI, reporting to senior leadership
• Foster innovation by exploring integrations with JP Morgan's broader ecosystem, including AI-driven analytics and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal governance, mitigating risks in financial data handling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in financial services or data management platforms
• Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, regulated environment like banking
• Deep understanding of data management technologies, including fusion platforms, data integration, and analytics in financial contexts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile methodologies within large-scale financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCA guidelines) impacting data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and drive product innovations in fintech

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, working on data platforms
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, Pragmatic Institute) or data-related fields (e.g., CDMP)
• Background in AI/ML applications for data fusion and financial analytics
• International experience in global financial markets, particularly in Europe
• Prior leadership role in developing scalable data solutions for risk management or compliance
