Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for JP Morgan Chase's Gateway-Payments platform, driving innovation in payment processing and integration
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and sales to deliver end-to-end payment solutions for corporate and institutional clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs in the financial services industry to identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product roadmap with JP Morgan's broader treasury and payments business objectives
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization
• Ensure all payment products comply with global regulatory standards and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions
• Drive revenue growth by defining pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and customer adoption initiatives for new payment features
• Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within JP Morgan Chase
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as transaction volume, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to iterate on product offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial services products
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching innovative payment solutions
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management within a large-scale financial institution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with exposure to treasury services or gateway platforms
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain, APIs, and open banking standards (e.g., PSD2)
