Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for infrastructure platforms, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Monitor global market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to shape product innovations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to build scalable, secure infrastructure platforms supporting banking operations
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal clients to prioritize features that enhance reliability and efficiency
• Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iteration, using agile methodologies
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize platform adoption and ROI within the financial ecosystem
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and internal lines of business to integrate cutting-edge technologies
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Present product strategies and progress to senior leadership, influencing firm-wide technology investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on infrastructure platforms or cloud technologies
• Proven track record in defining and executing product roadmaps in a financial services environment
• Deep understanding of financial industry regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments within large-scale enterprises
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
