Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for financial services offerings, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards
• Conduct user research and analyze performance metrics to iterate on product features and user experience
• Champion agile practices to accelerate product development cycles and deliver value to clients
• Present product strategies and progress to senior leadership, including C-suite executives
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and fintech startups to integrate cutting-edge solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial products
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments in banking, including UK FCA and EU regulations
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
• Ability to travel occasionally for global team collaborations
