Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business management, product strategy, or technology roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence
