Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, experience, and technology teams to define and implement business practices that enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for business management initiatives aligned with JP Morgan Chase's goals
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to drive innovation in financial products and services
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing insights for decision-making
• Support the integration of technology solutions to optimize user experience in banking platforms
• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry regulations in all business practices
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in financial services and technology
• Drive stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and translate them into actionable strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business management, product strategy, or technology roles within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in the banking or financial technology sector, particularly with JP Morgan Chase
