J.P. Morgan Private Bank is seeking a Product Lead for Addepar Solution Strategy and Execution to join our dynamic USPB Digital team in New York. As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Addepar's advanced portfolio management platform to elevate our private banking services. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial technology to drive the integration, optimization, and innovation of Addepar within our ecosystem, ultimately enhancing client experiences through superior reporting, analytics, and advisory tools. You will report to senior leadership in the Digital Product group and collaborate closely with advisors, technologists, and compliance teams to align technology with the evolving needs of high-net-worth clients in a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Addepar at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, from defining strategic roadmaps to executing feature enhancements that support portfolio visualization, performance attribution, and risk management. You will partner with Addepar's product teams to customize solutions that meet our firm's standards for security, scalability, and performance, while ensuring seamless integration with J.P. Morgan's broader digital platforms. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements from business stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and client impact, and measuring success through KPIs such as user adoption rates and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrating and optimizing Addepar within J.P. Morgan Private Bank's digital ecosystem
  • Collaborate with USPB Digital team, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Drive adoption of Addepar solutions to enhance client portfolio reporting, analytics, and advisory services
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements using Addepar's capabilities in wealth management
  • Manage vendor relationships with Addepar, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's standards and objectives
  • Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on the solution strategy
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management protocols in all product initiatives
  • Facilitate training and change management for internal teams to maximize Addepar's value delivery
  • Contribute to broader USPB Digital strategy by sharing insights on technology trends in private banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or wealth management
  • Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in digital platforms or fintech solutions
  • Deep understanding of wealth management technologies, including portfolio management and reporting systems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as SEC and FINRA compliance
