Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for payments solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to build innovative payment products that meet customer and regulatory needs
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing JP Morgan's payments offerings
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and competitive landscape in financial services
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure payment products align with JP Morgan's strategic goals in wholesale and retail banking
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, driving continuous improvements in transaction efficiency and security
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the payments product team
• Engage with external partners and fintech ecosystems to integrate new payment rails and technologies
• Ensure all products comply with evolving financial regulations and risk management standards at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial services products
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching payment solutions
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in payments, including PSD2, SEPA, and UK financial regulations
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions in a high-stakes financial context
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into scalable product features for global banking clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as real-time payments, blockchain, or digital wallets
• Prior leadership in agile product development within the European payments ecosystem
