Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features for collaboration and communication products
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback from JP Morgan Chase employees to prioritize product enhancements
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the Employee Platforms strategy, focusing on improving internal productivity in the financial services sector
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements for data security and financial information handling
• Analyze product performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or internal dashboards to drive data-informed decisions
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product iterations
• Partner with global teams to localize collaboration tools for the Argentina office and broader Latin American operations
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into communication platforms to enhance employee efficiency
• Support the rollout of new features through training and change management initiatives
• Monitor competitive landscapes in fintech employee platforms to inform strategic product decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or technology platforms
• Strong understanding of collaboration tools and employee platforms in a corporate environment
• Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for the Argentina location
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and data privacy standards such as GDPR or local equivalents

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
