Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for financial products, from ideation to launch
• Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to identify unmet needs in banking services
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to create user-centric product roadmaps
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and drive iterative improvements
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with JP Morgan Chase's global business objectives
• Manage stakeholder relationships across risk, compliance, and business units
• Monitor competitive landscapes in fintech to inform product enhancements
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards and enhance customer trust in financial services
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in product development cycles
• Strong understanding of customer needs analysis and market research in the banking sector
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for product optimization
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment like JP Morgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
