Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for claims and disputes solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with customer experience, engineering, and compliance teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
  • Analyze customer feedback, transaction data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving dispute resolution efficiency
  • Ensure products comply with federal regulations and internal JP Morgan Chase risk management standards
  • Drive A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize user satisfaction and reduce resolution times
  • Partner with data scientists to leverage analytics for predictive modeling in claims processing
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the consumer banking division
  • Monitor competitive landscapes in fintech to incorporate best practices into JP Morgan's offerings
  • Present product strategies and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record in developing and launching customer-facing products in claims, disputes, or payments domains
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking, such as those from the CFPB and FDIC
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working at a large financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of fraud detection and dispute resolution processes in consumer banking
