Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for cloud data protection products, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for enhancing data security in cloud environments
• Drive product design, prototyping, and iteration based on user feedback and analytics
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks associated with sensitive financial data
• Monitor product performance using data analytics and implement improvements to optimize protection and efficiency
• Partner with sales and marketing to communicate product value propositions to internal stakeholders and clients
• Manage cross-functional projects from ideation to launch, including budgeting and timeline adherence
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and threats to inform proactive product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud computing or data protection
• Proven track record in developing and launching products in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and risk management in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience in fintech or cybersecurity product management at a major financial institution
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
