Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for commerce insurance products tailored to merchants and consumers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver innovative technology solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the financial services landscape
• Define product requirements, user stories, and prioritize features based on business impact and regulatory needs
• Drive stakeholder alignment across JP Morgan Chase's global teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics
• Ensure all products adhere to JP Morgan's risk management and data privacy standards
• Partner with sales and marketing to promote commerce insurance offerings to key clients
• Stay abreast of industry trends in digital payments, e-commerce, and insurtech innovations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in commerce or insurance domains
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including UK FCA guidelines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and user needs in the payments and insurance sectors
