Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for commercial and specialized lending solutions within JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, risk management, and compliance to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in lending products
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Drive user adoption and gather feedback from clients in the commercial banking space to iterate on product enhancements
• Partner with technology teams to integrate advanced analytics, AI, and digital tools into lending platforms
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as loan origination volumes and client satisfaction, and recommend optimizations
• Ensure all products comply with JPMorgan Chase's risk management frameworks and industry regulations
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product management community within the firm

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or lending products
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial or specialized lending solutions
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking, including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and lending compliance
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams in a large financial institution
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and drive product strategy in the commercial banking sector
