Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for core banking solutions, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in wealth management and commercial banking
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, secure banking products that enhance customer experience
• Conduct market analysis and gather stakeholder requirements to identify opportunities for innovation in core banking functionalities like payments and lending
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet regulatory standards and business KPIs
• Lead agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve timely delivery of high-impact features
• Monitor product performance using metrics such as user adoption, transaction efficiency, and risk mitigation, and iterate based on data insights
• Partner with global teams to integrate core banking products across JP Morgan Chase's international operations, focusing on London-based initiatives
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and contribute to risk assessments for core banking systems
• Engage with senior executives to present product strategies and secure buy-in for resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proven track record of managing core banking products or platforms in a large-scale financial institution
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, including transaction processing, account management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Knowledge of UK and EU financial regulations such as PSD2, GDPR, and FCA guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience working at a global bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with cloud-based banking platforms and API integrations
• Prior involvement in digital transformation projects within core banking
