Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of innovative cybersecurity products and technology controls tailored to JP Morgan Chase's financial services ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and risk teams to define product roadmaps that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives
• Conduct market analysis and gather stakeholder feedback to identify emerging cyber threats and opportunities for product enhancement
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and post-launch optimization
• Ensure products meet or exceed client expectations by incorporating user-centric design and robust security features
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate advanced technologies like AI and machine learning into cybersecurity solutions
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights to mitigate risks in the financial sector
• Partner with global teams in London and other JP Morgan Chase hubs to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or technology controls
• Proven track record in financial services, particularly in managing products that ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver technology solutions
