Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for data sharing capabilities within the Data Publishing and Processing team at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to define product requirements for secure data publishing platforms
• Identify opportunities to enhance data processing efficiency, ensuring scalability for high-volume financial transactions
• Conduct market analysis and gather stakeholder feedback to prioritize features that support JPMorgan's global data ecosystem
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including testing and iteration based on user metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies for data privacy and security in financial services
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate data sharing with core banking systems and third-party ecosystems
• Monitor product performance using KPIs such as data accuracy, latency, and adoption rates
• Foster innovation in data publishing technologies to support JPMorgan's digital transformation goals
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team knowledge sharing on financial data best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in data platforms or financial services
• Proven track record of managing data sharing products or platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial data standards
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to analyze complex data workflows and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across technology, compliance, and business units

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly with data publishing tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data processing
• Prior work on data sharing initiatives involving APIs, ETL processes, or real-time data pipelines
