  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to identify and prioritize customer needs for event planning and virtual/hybrid experiences
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to measure platform performance, user engagement, and ROI on employee events
  • Drive product design and user experience enhancements to support seamless event registration, virtual attendance, and feedback collection
  • Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality platform updates
  • Ensure compliance with financial services regulations, including data security and accessibility standards
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to innovate features for employee events in a global banking context
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to senior leadership, optimizing the platform for cost-efficiency and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications
