Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for the Employee Events Platform, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in employee experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to identify and prioritize customer needs for event planning and virtual/hybrid experiences
• Utilize advanced data analytics to measure platform performance, user engagement, and ROI on employee events
• Drive product design and user experience enhancements to support seamless event registration, virtual attendance, and feedback collection
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality platform updates
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations, including data security and accessibility standards
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to innovate features for employee events in a global banking context
• Monitor and report on key metrics to senior leadership, optimizing the platform for cost-efficiency and user satisfaction
• Foster a culture of innovation by piloting new technologies like AI-driven event recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms or employee experience tools
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of data analytics and customer needs assessment in a corporate environment
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial institutions, such as data privacy and security standards
