Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for the Gateway Payments product, focusing on enhancing transaction processing efficiency and security
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation in payment gateways
• Drive the integration of new payment protocols and APIs to support global financial transactions
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data insights to optimize product performance and user experience
• Ensure all product initiatives comply with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and AML requirements
• Partner with sales and client-facing teams to align product offerings with customer needs in corporate banking
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the payments organization
• Represent the product in executive reviews and stakeholder meetings to secure resources and alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
• Deep understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience working with real-time payment systems like RTP or FedNow
