Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the Global Banking Platform, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, and business units to align on product strategy
• Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities in global banking services
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs using agile methodologies
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, user engagement, and business impact
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into banking platform capabilities
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards for global markets, including KYC, AML, and data privacy
• Partner with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces for bankers and clients
• Monitor competitive landscapes and industry trends to keep the platform at the forefront of financial services
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or banking technology
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products
• Strong understanding of global banking platforms, including core banking systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product insights
• Knowledge of agile development processes and product lifecycle management

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
