Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of core deposit product strategy within the Core Financial Products, Deposit Services, and Fees team
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for deposit product enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, risk, compliance, and technology to launch and iterate on deposit products
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the lifecycle of core deposit offerings
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support deposit growth and profitability goals
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and regulatory compliance
• Monitor key performance metrics such as deposit balances, customer acquisition, and fee revenue
• Drive innovation in deposit services, including digital tools and fee optimization strategies
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proven track record of leading product strategy for deposit products or core financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking industry, including FDIC and OCC guidelines
• Experience with data analysis tools and financial modeling to drive product decisions
