Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for cash concentration solutions within the Liquidity & Account Solutions team
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and client-facing teams to define product requirements and enhancements
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscapes to innovate cash management products
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new features for liquidity optimization and account sweeping
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory standards including PSD2, GDPR, and UK financial regulations
  • Conduct user research and testing to improve product usability for corporate treasury clients
  • Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align cash concentration products with JP Morgan Chase's broader treasury services
  • Support sales enablement by providing product expertise during client pitches and implementations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and treasury operations in the banking sector
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
