  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML products, from ideation to deployment and monitoring in production environments
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards for AI and data usage
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across lines of business, including retail banking, investment management, and corporate finance
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in AI for finance to inform product strategy
  • Lead prioritization of features using data-driven insights and business impact metrics
  • Facilitate cross-team workshops and sprint planning to accelerate delivery of intelligence operations tools
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs like model accuracy, latency, and ROI in financial applications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on machine learning or AI-driven products
  • Proven track record of delivering machine learning solutions in a regulated industry such as financial services
  • Strong understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps) and intelligence platforms
