Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of managed trading and post-trade services for J.P. Morgan Personal Investing clients
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in personal investing products
• Ensure products comply with UK and EU financial regulations, including trade reporting and settlement processes
• Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement and performance metrics tracking
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Analyze post-trade data to optimize trading efficiency and client experience
• Partner with sales and marketing to promote new features in the J.P. Morgan investing platform
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trade execution speed and error rates
• Foster innovation in automated trading solutions to support retail and high-net-worth clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record in managing trading platforms or post-trade services in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II and EMIR
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of managed account solutions and robo-advisory services
• Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based financial technologies
• Certifications such as CFA or FRM
