Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of home lending infrastructure products to support scalable mortgage processing and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Conduct market research and gather stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in lending technologies
• Prioritize features and manage backlogs using agile practices to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates and operational efficiency, and iterate based on data insights
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, including data privacy and anti-money laundering standards in the financial services sector
• Drive cross-functional alignment to integrate home lending systems with broader JP Morgan Chase platforms
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in the team
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership to secure buy-in and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading product development cycles from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of home lending processes, mortgage infrastructure, and regulatory compliance in the financial industry
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs in the lending sector

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Prior work in infrastructure platforms for banking or lending products
• Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and international banking standards
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
