Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and advancement of internal and partner-facing products within JP Morgan Chase's testing ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to define product roadmaps
• Conduct market research and gather requirements from partners to ensure products meet financial industry standards
• Prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and regulatory requirements
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including testing and iteration phases
• Drive partnerships with external vendors and clients to integrate capabilities seamlessly
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to optimize testing workflows
• Ensure all products adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security protocols
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and sprint planning to deliver high-quality releases on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or technology
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Experience with stakeholder management, including internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry, such as SEC or FINRA guidelines
