Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of open source tools and platforms to improve developer experience at JP Morgan Chase
• Conduct in-depth customer research to identify needs of internal and external developers in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product roadmaps that align with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, user adoption, and iterate on features for open source initiatives
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for developer tools, ensuring accessibility and security in a banking context
• Foster partnerships with open source communities, contributing to and promoting JP Morgan's OSS projects
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that support innovation in financial technology
• Monitor industry trends in developer tools and open source to keep JP Morgan's offerings competitive
• Ensure all products comply with financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development tools or developer platforms
• Proven track record in open source software ecosystems, including contributions to or management of OSS projects
• Strong understanding of developer workflows, tools, and pain points in enterprise environments
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries, with knowledge of compliance and security standards
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
