Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy for partner and merchant onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into JP Morgan Chase's commerce ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing onboarding processes for partners or merchants in a digital commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including KYC, AML, and data privacy standards
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for product improvements
