Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of platform experimentation tools to drive innovation in JP Morgan Chase's financial products
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to design and execute A/B tests that inform product decisions
  • Analyze customer data and experimentation results to identify insights that enhance user experience in banking services
  • Define product roadmaps for experimentation platforms, aligning with business goals in risk management and customer engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with compliance teams to ensure all experiments adhere to financial regulations
  • Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on platform features to improve scalability and reliability
