Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of platform experimentation tools to drive innovation in JP Morgan Chase's financial products
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to design and execute A/B tests that inform product decisions
• Analyze customer data and experimentation results to identify insights that enhance user experience in banking services
• Define product roadmaps for experimentation platforms, aligning with business goals in risk management and customer engagement
• Work cross-functionally with compliance teams to ensure all experiments adhere to financial regulations
• Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on platform features to improve scalability and reliability
• Champion customer needs by conducting user research and incorporating feedback into product strategies
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of experimentation within the organization
• Present findings from experiments to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions in wealth management and consumer banking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or experimentation tools in a tech or financial services environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and experimentation platforms
• Experience in agile development processes and product lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and customer privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
