Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for Real Time Payments (RTP) solutions, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global payments vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and sales to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities in the real-time payments ecosystem
• Drive innovation in RTP products, ensuring compliance with Canadian and international regulatory standards
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to enhance JP Morgan's RTP offerings
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including performance metrics and iterative improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate RTP capabilities into broader treasury and commercial banking services
• Provide thought leadership on RTP trends and represent the product in internal and external forums
• Ensure seamless integration of RTP with JP Morgan's existing payment platforms like Chase Pay and global wire services
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the firm's payments innovation culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services, with a focus on real-time payments or digital payment solutions
• Deep understanding of real-time payment systems such as RTP, ISO 20022, and SWIFT standards
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering innovative payment products in a regulated financial environment
• Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, including those from Payments Canada and OSFI
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a large-scale enterprise setting
• Ability to analyze complex customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with blockchain or emerging payment technologies
• Previous leadership role in real-time payments initiatives
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or payments (e.g., AAP)
• International experience in cross-border payments
